What to Expect on the Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes showcases new and remodeled homes throughout the Twin Cities metro. The Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) presents this free home tour event to give families in the region an opportunity to learn about new home builders and remodelers, and get inspired by quality home design. We are excited for the chance to exhibit 2 finely crafted homes, located in some of the best Twin Cities metro neighborhoods, Arbor Woods in Victoria, and Village Preserve in Lake Elmo. The homes will be available to tour every Thursday – Sunday from 12-6 pm, starting Sept. 9 through Oct. 1. If you are currently looking for a home to call yours, or you’re just too excited to wait for the tour, we compiled a list of what you can expect to see from a Stonegate home during the Fall 2017 Parade of Homes.

Timeless Homes

As home builders, we understand that homes are one of the greatest investments a person can make. We also know, when looking for a home, you try to imagine yourself entertaining friends, raising your kids, and relaxing after a long week of work. You’re looking for a home to stand the test of time, but offer quality timeless design that will never get old. You’re looking for a Stonegate home.

Tailored Design

Our homes are built thoughtfully, providing solutions specific to a family’s needs and lifestyle. One example of this is our open floor plan. The kitchen, great room, and dining combine into one flowing space. This allows a family to have easy access to each other, regardless if you are sitting in different rooms.

The Best Locations

We know how important location is, and we can assure you that we do our research to find standout neighborhoods. Village Preserve in Lake Elmo gives you small town charm, while only be 15 minutes from the Twin Cities. Arbor Woods in Victoria is a lakeside retreat in the southwest metro.  Both of these communities featured in the Parade of Homes come with amenities and lots perfect for your family.
