My wife Cami and I visited a Stonegate model about a year ago and from the moment we stepped in the door we saw and experienced why Stonegate is so special.  We chose Stonegate to build our home after a yearlong search that included many different builders.  There are many reasons we chose them over national builders, open unique floor plans with character, ability to customize, high quality craftsmanship and building materials, large oversized windows and great private lots just to name a few.

We are nearing the end of our build and I can honestly say that the process has been great.  Everyone at Stonegate, from realtors to designers, project managers and management have been fantastic to work with.  With the BuilderTREND app, I have almost instant access to anyone on the team and they are always quick to respond.  They have also kept us updated through the app on our build progress with a calendar of what’s coming up next and photos almost weekly.

BUILDING BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED HOMES THROUGH A STREAMLINED PROCESS

Step 1: Homesite & Floorplan Selection

Stonegate Builders works with you to select the perfect homesite and the perfect floorplan to meet your families needs.

Step 2: Mortgate Pre-Approval Lender

Stonegate Builders highly recommends using one of our preferred lenders.

Step 3: Initial Design Selections & Pre-Build Meeting

Discuss your design ideas, review the build process, set expectations and kick off the fun of building your new home.

Step 4: Construction

Once plans and designs are complete, we submit for permit and begin the build process.  You will be able to track every detail with BuilderTrend, our online project management system.

Step 5: Move In

From our first meeting to the day you walk into your new home takes just four to six months.
