The absolute best part of the build was working with Jeff Martineau! He is the builder rep/realtor, and basically everything you could ask for in a major endeavor like this. His knowledge of the market is unmatched by anyone I have ever met. Additionally, his assistance throughout the construction was incredibly valuable. His advice, guidance, counsel, and answers built trust that turned this from a project…into an exciting activity! His integrity and sincerity is rare these days. We trust him like a dear friend. We also loved his sense of humor and had fun working with him. To validate how much we value Jeff and Stonegate, we referred two of our grown kids to Stonegate and indicated they should 100% work with Jeff Martineau. We would only send our kids to the very BEST! Both kids are now in Stonegate/Gonyea homes!
